Amsterdam and other tourist attractions such as Haarlem, Keukenhof and Zaanse Schans are just a short coach trip away. And it’s only half an hour’s car drive to Amsterdam and Schiphol International Airport. Zeehaven IJmuiden N.V. is well-suited for handling transit and turnaround calls. KVSA handles 40 calls per year on average.
DFDS Seaways has been a passenger carrier for more than 130 years and has operated the daily IJmuiden-Newcastle ferry service from the Felison Terminal (Sluisplein) for over 20 years, transporting almost 600,000 passengers and 25,000 trailers.
